By creating an account or using TradeRR.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use of the service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

TradeRR.ai is a trade journaling, analytics, and performance tracking platform for retail and professional traders. It allows users to import trades, maintain a trading journal, review performance statistics, and track progress over time.

TradeRR.ai is a software tool only. It is not a brokerage, financial adviser, investment manager, or trading platform.

TradeRR.ai does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading signals, trade recommendations, or guarantees of any kind. All content, statistics, and analysis displayed within TradeRR.ai are for informational and journaling purposes only.

Nothing on TradeRR.ai should be interpreted as advice to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.

Trading futures, forex, stocks, cryptocurrencies, CFDs, options, and other financial products involves substantial risk of loss and may not be suitable for all investors. Past performance as tracked in TradeRR.ai does not guarantee future results. You may lose more than your initial capital.

By using TradeRR.ai, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the risks involved in trading financial markets. TradeRR.ai accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred as a result of trading activity.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

TradeRR.ai offers the following account types:

Free trial / free access

New accounts receive a 14-day free period with access to Pro features. After the free period ends, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service. Free accounts have access to limited features once the free period expires.

Paid plans (Pro and Elite)

Pro and Elite plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You will be charged at the start of each billing period. If you cancel a paid subscription, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.

Lifetime Elite

Lifetime Elite is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Elite features. Lifetime access remains active unless the account is removed for breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

Any discounts must be applied using a valid discount code at checkout. TradeRR.ai will not automatically apply discounts based on prior subscription history unless a valid code is provided.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period.

You retain ownership of the trading data and journal entries you create in TradeRR.ai. By using the service, you grant TradeRR.ai a limited licence to store and process your data for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.

We will not sell, share, or monetise your personal trading data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use TradeRR.ai for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the TradeRR.ai platform or its code
• Use the platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate other users
• Circumvent subscription restrictions or payment requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradeRR.ai and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of data, or interruption of service.

TradeRR.ai is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. We will update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also notify you via the TradeRR dashboard or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and, where applicable, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. You and TradeRR.ai submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the DIFC in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms or your use of TradeRR.ai, save that we retain the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where appropriate to protect our rights or the integrity of the service.
