Prop Firm Tracker

Track prop firm evaluation and funded accounts with clearer performance and risk review.

TradeRR helps traders monitor multiple accounts, review performance across funded and evaluation accounts, journal trades, and stay on top of risk behavior from one dashboard.

Track multiple evaluation or funded accounts
Review daily performance and account-level behavior
Journal trades and setups across accounts
Keep risk review and analytics in one system

One place for multiple accounts

Prop firm traders often manage more than one account at once. TradeRR is structured to help compare account behavior, review progress, and understand whether performance is actually improving across the whole portfolio.

Performance with context

The point of a prop firm tracker is not just account balances. It is understanding consistency, loss patterns, recovery behavior, and whether your execution stays aligned across different accounts and market conditions.

Risk visibility matters

TradeRR keeps daily performance, trade history, and journal review close together so you can see whether your process is staying inside your own limits and adapting well after bad sessions.

From evaluation to funded review

The same review system should work through evaluation phases and funded phases. TradeRR is meant to support both, so traders can carry one discipline-focused workflow across the full journey.

What traders say

Real feedback from prop firm and personal-account futures traders.

TradeRR finally gave me one view across my Apex evaluation and my Tradeify funded — I stopped flipping between two prop-firm portals and started actually reviewing my trades.

Apex + Tradeify trader
The drawdown distance updates every five minutes and matches what my prop firm shows me. I used to keep a tab open on the firm's portal all day; now I just glance at TradeRR.

I went from CSV exports and a Google Sheet to a real journal that actually surfaces my mistake patterns by session and setup. The calendar review changed how I prep for Monday.

Frequently asked questions

Which prop firms does TradeRR support?

Any prop firm that routes through Tradovate can be connected directly with a read-only OAuth flow — including Apex, Tradeify, MyFundedFutures, and similar Tradovate-linked firms. Firms on other platforms can be tracked via CSV import.

How does TradeRR calculate distance to drawdown?

Distance to Drawdown = Net Liquidation − (Peak Equity − Trailing Drawdown Spread). That is the live prop-firm rule you're actually evaluated against, not the broker's end-of-day locked threshold. The dashboard refreshes every 5 minutes so you see the same number your prop firm portal does.

Can I track multiple funded accounts at once?

Yes. TradeRR is built for the multi-account reality of prop trading — Elite plans connect a different Tradovate login per firm, and each account gets its own snapshot, drawdown floor, and trade history while still rolling up to a combined portfolio view.

Does TradeRR alert me if I'm near a daily loss limit?

TradeRR surfaces daily loss, total drawdown, and consistency metrics in the risk dashboard so you can see how much room you have left before any prop firm rule is breached. It does not place orders or auto-close positions — it is a review and tracking layer.

Will TradeRR work for evaluation phases, not just funded?

Yes. The same review and tracking workflow runs across evaluation, funded, and live accounts, so you can keep one consistent discipline-focused process from the first evaluation day through funded payouts.
